How to order

1. Payment:
Please make the payment of your order in ONE of the following methods:
a) bank-in to our company's account in Hong Leong Bank, Sungai Petani, Kedah :
A/c Name:Kim Seng Marketing
A/c No.: 171-00-00092-7, or
b) transfer payment to our company's account in HLB stated above, or
c) send in your cheque or money order to our company (Kim Seng Marketing, 107-A, Taman Sejahtera, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah Darul Aman.).
2. Inform us:
Please inform us the payment you made, the product you order and your address by ONE of the following methods:
a) phone our company's no.
i.e. (019-5605112), or
b) send an email to us: (ginsengsp@yahoo.com), or
c) fill in the information into our ENQUIRY form which can be found from the button on the right-hand top corner of this page and send to us by clicking on the send button.
3. Delivery:
Delivery is FREE in West Malaysia. For Sabah & Sarawak, please ADD 5% of the total for postage.
Please wait for a few days and we will send the products to you as soon as possible.

本公司提供免费邮寄服务给西马地区，东马地区请付加产品的5％当邮费。
当款项收到后，本公司将尽快将产品寄出给您。请稍等几天以便产品抵达。谢谢。
